At Unapologetyc Ventures LLC, we believe that financial independence starts with stability, and stability often starts at home. That’s why we launched The NextNest Initiative: a bold, mission-driven effort to help women—especially single mothers—transition from renters to homeowners through creative financing solutions.

This initiative isn’t just a program. It’s a movement. It's about rewriting the rules of access, ownership, and wealth-building for women who have been systemically shut out of traditional lending pathways.

What Makes NextNest Different?
Through The NextNest Initiative, Unapologetyc Ventures LLC acts as a facilitator and advocate, connecting women with motivated sellers open to flexible terms like seller financing and lease options. These non-traditional deals create access where conventional banks and brokers say “no.”

Project Overview:
Unapologetyc Ventures LLC is donating time, workforce, and expertise pro bono to support this mission. That means our clients pay nothing for this service. We work to serve because every home secured is a life transformed. This NextNest Initiative is projected to conclude end of year 2026. In December 2026, we will review the project and decide whether to continue it or archive it. We plan to secure 4 homes for women in need. We are currently in the planning phase. The four clients have been identified, and we are no longer taking applications.

Scale impact by refining a replicable model that serves families across Washington state and beyond.

Roadmap: The Next 18 Months
We’re not just dreaming—we’re executing. Here’s what’s ahead:

By Dec 2025 - Acquire the first property, complete onboarding of first resident & track results.
Spring 2026 - Launch 2nd and 3rd property outreach campaigns.
Summer 2026 - Formalize referral pipeline with community partners. Launch 4th property outreach campaign.
Fall 2026 - Determine if we continue the project into 2027 and expand our team if needed.
By EOY 2026 - Reach 3 properties placed and prepare for potential 2027 scale-up or archival.

Each milestone brings us closer to a model where financial independence isn’t a dream—it’s a default.
